Location:
Remote, USA only
Responsibilities:
- Work with Program Managers to ensure session dates are published on GSE calendar
- Confirm instructors, SMEs, and Executive speakers
- Secure meeting/training space in office or off-site locations
- Manage session scheduling and logistics for live or virtual (Zoom) sessions
- Order catering (as needed)
- Coordinate Onsite/Offsite welcome and celebration events
- Coordinate with Hotel for Hotel booking links
Program & Attendee Management:
- Work with Instructional Design team to ensure course offerings are added and edited as needed
- Work with Engagement Managers to understand demand for courses.
- Add participants to rosters and send communications
- Launch enrollment / registrations for sessions
- Work with program managers and system administrators to ensure seamless registration process
- Manage enrollment and waitlist.
- Monitor and respond to email or Slack communications regarding program logistics
- Provide pre-class support for questions about preparation and pre-work, triage as needed
- May be called upon to project manage new initiatives when needed
Preparation:
- Assist Program Manager with posting and/or distribution of pre-work
- Order materials
- Schedule printing and shipping
- Submit Service Requests (room set-up / other)
- Confirm staffing
Content Creation:
- Work with Program Manager, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers to create and/or modify workshop content to reflect current products and sales methodology
Execution:
- Record attendance
- Distribute materials
- Assist attendees onsite or virtually
- Support Instructors, including review of materials for compliance with corporate & GSE branding
- Measure program effectiveness via post class survey and summarize results
- Manage follow-up communications & distribution of materials
- Upload any recordings, other assets and materials
Post Event:
- Ensure completion records are accurate
- If applicable, reconcile billing from vendors and submit for payment
- Recommend and implement changes to improve attendee registration and classroom experience
- Update checklists for any revisions needed prior to next session
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning technology
- Experience managing projects, programs, and events for sales organizations
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills: understand data and delivery results
- Experience with process improvement; demonstrated ability to innovate to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Must be highly organized and Detail oriented
Other Qualifications:
- Able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects on time and on budget
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $31.00/hour-$41.00/hour
