Location
This will be a weekly hybrid schedule with Workday's Atlanta, GA office.
About the Role
Program coordinators work with staff members, budgets, and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of programs. Monitor your staff members' workloads and hours, coordinate their schedules, and plan their time off. In charge of tracking billing payments as well as monitoring program budget limitations. In addition, making sure program plans stay within time constraints and help raise necessary funds.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with each program participant.
- Designing and implementing appropriate development and exploration activities
- Completing pre- and post-experience testing, evaluations and reports in timely fashion
- Maintaining standards of excellence for all programs, ensuring high-quality implementation.
- Ongoing program development and innovation using a comprehensive
- Assisting with the development of sustainable strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with development
- Ensuring programs operate in compliance with funding sources so that intended results are achieved.
- Meeting the quantitative program growth goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
Other Qualifications
- Highly organized and skilled at time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Problem-solving and ability to think quickly
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
- Experience with learning management systems a plus
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $23.65/hour - $31.53/hour
