Responsibilities:

The Technology, Enablement and Strategic Programs team is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) function that fuels excellence and continuous improvement for all of Workday.  This team designs systems, programs and enablement that equip all TA workmates to excel in their roles.

  • Identify timely and relevant topics for TA Enablement.  Ensure each enablement session is designed with the learner in mind, incorporates the application of learning, and achieves learning objectives 
  • Partner with key partners such as TA Diversity, Talent, Brand and Marketing, Workday Compensation, etc. to identify and create learning opportunities that meet TA enablement needs
  • Organize and Manage TA Resources to ensure users can easily and efficiently access the resources they need.  Ensure all resources are clear, succinct, and accurate.
  • Create the vision and approach to partner with and enable TA managers in order to create the culture and conditions to build a learning organization across Workday’s TA team. This culture ideally will include a practice of ongoing reflection, continuous learning, and TAPs learning with and from one another.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience planning, developing, implementing, and delivering training content materials and facilitation
  • Understanding and ability to apply adult learning principles to create clear and engaging learning and resources
  • Understanding of strategies that build learning cultures and organizations
  • Ability to take larger initiatives, strategies, and concepts and identify and clearly communicate the most essential ideas and “what it means for me” information to the appropriate audience(s)
  • Skill in designing and facilitating asynchronous and synchronous learning
  • Skill in organizing resources in formats that are clear, intuitive, and efficient to access and utilize
  • Experience and understanding of talent acquisition processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency using screen recording and video editing software (ScreenFlow/Camtasia)

  • Technology industry expertise, with specific knowledge and experience in Workday Recruiting

  • Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple content development projects, including identifying relevant goals, resources, and timelines
  • Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.  Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $61.00/hour - $81.00/hour
