About the Role
Workday are looking for a seasoned product marketer who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and driving innovation in workplace technology. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in show we enable customer facing teams across Workday to become UX champions. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to create compelling narratives and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison between product marketing and enablement teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on strategy and execution. Serve as the face of the PMK UX product marketing team to these partners.
- Content Creation and Maintenance: Develop, update, and manage a library of sales enablement materials, including demos, presentations, sales spots, and other assets that support field-facing teams.
- Demo and Asset Development: Collaborate with product marketers and enablement teams to create compelling demos and assets that effectively showcase the value and capabilities of Workday’s user experience.
- Cohesive Execution: Ensure all enablement materials are aligned and integrated into a cohesive narrative that supports go-to-market strategies and drives successful field engagement.
- Field Enablement Support: Work closely with sales, SC, and CS teams to gather feedback, understand their needs, and continuously improve the tools and resources provided to them.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of enablement efforts and provide regular updates to the product marketing team, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization to achieve shared goals.
- Experience creating high-impact enablement materials and supporting tools for sales and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messages for various audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a knack for pulling together cohesive, polished assets.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across different functions.
- Experience with B2B and/or SaaS is a plus.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $49.31/hour - $65.75/hour
