About the Role
Workday is looking for a Product Marketer to join our team and help deliver on go-to-market packaging. In this role, you will own the Product Marketing aspects of Workday’s go-to-marketing initiative for the lower market called “Accelerate with Workday”. You will collaborate across various teams to produce compelling and differentiated messaging, create related assets, and enable stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible and pioneering program to make it simpler for our customers to consume Workday and achieve rapid success with our solutions while enabling our sellers to win more and close deals faster.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Marketing owner for go-to-market initiatives (chiefly Accelerate with Workday packaging program).
- Lead messaging creation for go-to-market packages across Product Marketing buying center teams (oCHRO, oCFO, oCIO), industry and services teams.
- Incorporate detailed product, buyer, competitive, and external market knowledge to build compelling and differentiated positioning.
- Synthesize content across buying centers to build artifacts that communicate the business value of the Workday platform.
- Coordinate asset requirements gathering, definition, and production to meet the needs of initiative stakeholders.
- Enables Sales and Solution Consultants by partnering with Global Sales Enablement to define and supply vital content in support of go-to-market programs.
- Plan, structure, and complete projects, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple teams.
- Identify and communicate project risks to appropriate team members early; develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Communicate influentially, manage expectations appropriately, and lead critical conversations with senior level collaborators.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B and SaaS
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Corporate Strategy teams.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $38.79/hour - $51.72/hour
