Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Digital Managers, Project Managers, Writers, and Design team colleagues on design and production of web pages on Workday.com
• Work closely with the web production team to ensure designs are accurately built across all devices, browsers, and systems
• Help maintain Figma component libraries
• Contribute to process improvements to maximize efficiencies in creating digital experiences
• Stay current on the latest trends and opportunities in digital marketing

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a web designer
• A solid modern design skillset—mobile-first layouts, typography, color, design systems, and accessibility
• Dedication to quality design execution
• A self-starter, highly motivated, able to think through problems and come up with innovative solutions, and deliver tight deadlines
• Experience working directly with stakeholders, Project Management, Web Production, Development and QA teams,
• Simultaneously lead and coordinate with others on multiple projects and tasks
• Dedicated to collaboration, and being service-oriented to your colleagues
• A learning mentality, and an eagerness to embrace new skills
• Strong time management capabilities
• Experience working and designing for content management systems
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
• Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is highly desirable

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $51.72/hour - $68.97/hour
